Terms of Business

1. All goods remain the property of Spirit Martial Arts Suppliers Ltd until paid for in full.
2. No goods will be dispatched until paid for in full.
3. Order forms should be accompanied by full payment, cheque, postal order or bankers draft (NO CASH).
4. No cash refunds. Exchange only.
5. Designs and colours may vary due to manufacturing process.
6. Goods are subject to availability. Back ordered goods will be dispatched asap and will not incur extra postal charges.
7. We will endeavour to deliver goods paid for within 48 hours. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us. 24 hour delivery upon request (if ordered before 10am, subject to availability).
8. Orders taken after 4:00 pm on Friday will be processed first thing on the following Monday or first working day after, if the Monday is a bank holiday.
9. Times of deliveries are estimated as accurately as possible but could be subject to delay beyond our control for which we cannot be held responsible.
10. Deliveries must be checked by the customer before signing a receipt from the courier.
11. We the company will not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit if signed for, with no reference to the condition it was delivered in on the couriers delivery note.
12. Any damages or shortages - notify within 3 days of receipt of goods.
13. Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by the customer - to include sending back to source.
14. Debt collecting agency or court charges will be passed to the customer.
15. Third party cheques will not be accepted.
16. Prices are subject to changes without prior notice.
17. No custom, special or sale items will be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
18. Customers should be aware that we do not operate on a sale or return basis.
19. Please note that courier / delivery charges maybe applicable when a second or more delivery attempts have to be made by the courier.
20. We do not accept liability for damage, injury or death through misuse of products bought from us.
21. All weapons, over 18's only.
